Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, grated
- 2 c. plain yogurt
- 5 spring onions (white sections chopped and green sections reserved)
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped mint
- 1 tsp. roasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. ginger, finely chopped
Procedure:
- Prepare ingredients
- Mix in large bowl
- Chill for at least 30 min.
- Enjoy!
Verdict:
Very nice; a keeper.
